A consultation meeting was held between Artvin Provincial Immigration Administration and our University on 13.12.2023 regarding the residence procedures of International Students and how the official procedures will be carried out.

Our University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Murat KİBAR, Foreign Relations Application and Research Center Director Dr. Hakan GÜLTEKİN, Head of Student Affairs Department Mustafa Ünver SABUNCU, Student Affairs Branch Manager Süleyman ÇELİK and International Student Office manager Ercan SOYSAL attended the meeting for Artvin Çoruh University.

At the meeting, the new responsibilities undertaken by Universities in accordance with the protocol signed between YÖK and IMMIGRATION ADMINISTRATION were discussed. In this context, a consensus was reached that there should be a closer relationship and communication between Artvin Çoruh University and Artvin Provincial Immigration Administration.

Artvin Provincial Immigration Administration officials also informed us that they are open to all kinds of communication and assistance in order to prevent any disruption in the procedures of foreign students who are registered or will enroll in our university.

The meeting ended after questions were asked and answered.
