Kayıt hakkı kazanan öğrenciler adlarına düzenlenmiş onaylı kabul mektubunu başvuru sisteminden alacak olup ayrıca bir kabul mektubu düzenlenmeyecektir. / Students who gained the right to register will receive the approved acceptance letter issued in their names from the application system, and an additional acceptance letter will not be issued.

Yüz yüze kayıt olabilmek için öğrencilerin öncelikle 2025-2026 eğitim öğretim yılı için belirlenmiş olan öğrenim ücretini ödemesi gerekmektedir. Öğrenim ücretini ödeyerek kayıt yaptıran öğrenciler daha sonra kayıt hakkından vazgeçmesi veya kaydının silinmesi halinde ödediği öğrenim ücreti iade edilmeyecektir. / In order to register face-to-face and temporarily, students must first pay the tuition fee determined for the 2025-2026 academic year. Students who register by paying the tuition fee will not be refunded the tuition fee paid if they later give up their right to enroll or their enrollment is deleted.

Üniversitemize yedek yerleştirme sonucu yerleşen Uluslararası (Yabancı Uyruklu) öğrencilerin kayıtları 18-21 Ağustos 2025 tarihleri arasında  Artvin Çoruh Üniversitesi, Şehir Yerleşkesi Rektörlük Binası Zemin Kat Öğrenci İşleri Daire Başkanlığı Kazım Karabekir Cad. 08000 Merkez - ARTVİN adresinde yüz yüze yapılacaktır. / International (Foreign) students who were accepted to our university will register face to face between  18-21 August 2025 at Artvin Coruh University Student Affairs Department City Campus Center - ARTVİN.
